    Improving Health

Our objective is to improve the health of residents by helping them adopt healthier lifestyles and tackling the issues of ill health.

SRB6 defines health in its widest sense and acknowledges that health is influenced by a wide range of issues ranging from a personal level (e.g. age, gender, and hereditary factors) through to a much wider general socio-economic, cultural and environmental conditions.

Specific issues which SRB6 are tackling include activity, sport, diet, providing information and awareness raising.
