| In-depth support to all Adult Job Seekers This project is focused on providing careers guidance for adult clients within the SRB6 area to help them to develop their learning and consequently enhance their career and life opportunities. It will link in with existing projects that focus on finding employment and training opportunities for adults in this area, by offering in-depth careers guidance for adult clients. Beneficiaries of the project will be people aged 20 and above who require in-depth careers guidance: they could also be clients who are returners to the labour market; clients who have out of date skills or qualifications; those who would like a change of career; or those who are forced into a change of career though closure or redundancy.
