CPST is based in Oldham's SRB6 area to facilitate community led regeneration by developing, supporting and linking local groups; and by empowering local people within the decision making processes of the SRB6 Regeneration Scheme. • We organise training seminars for community representatives. • We support groups to access funding, by informing, advising and guiding reps. • We offer facilities such as a meeting room, equipment and photocopying. • We keep groups informed of current offers of funding. • We maintain a database of groups and organisations so communications are facilitated easily. • CPST staff attend SRB6 Community Panels and Theme Groups to retrieve and disseminate information.
