Community Panels Community panel meetings are held bi-monthly and comprise of local people who decide what are the priority issues affecting their area, discuss and recommend potential solutions for the scheme to investigate and have an opportunity to advise on projects/initiatives that affect the area. Project Appraisal Panel This panel carries out a rigorous appraisal of projects (new and existing) and is the final point of recommendation to the board. The panel is made up of representatives from the Board and community panels who have undertaken appropriate training. Theme Groups These are open to community members, Board members and representatives from relevant stakeholders who have a particular interest in the relevant theme. There is a thematic group for each of the SRB6 Key Themes. The Board The Board's role is to have an overview of the SRB6 Scheme and how it is running, and to make decisions about future policies and activities. The Board meets on a monthly basis.
