If you have answered 'yes' to these questions, then the ProspectsPlus programme could be for you! ProspectsPlus aims to give unemployed people, a real chance of getting into permanent employment. It achieves this through a series of FREE flexible training sessions that run over 26 weeks. The programme helps develop your work-based skills, gain qualifications, and build your confidence. It also includes a work experience placement in a local company. Why should I take part in ProspectsPlus? It's not just another training programme. ProspectsPlus is about improving your skills, qualifications and experiences in relation to what employers are actually looking for. The programme content includes: • Interpersonal Skills • Qualifications (including: Key Skills, City & Guilds Preparation for Employment, European Computer Driving License, Adult Literacy and Numeracy). • Work Trials • Interview Techniques • Career guidance, Job Search and CV Writing • Team Building • Basic Computing • Time Management • Work ethics • Built-in opportunities to progress into educational and employment opportunities.
